The Diversity Charter (in French Charte de la Diversité) expresses the commitment on the part of companies to more closely reflect the diversity of the French population in their recruitment. The six articles of the charter provide guidelines for companies for the implementation of new practises by involving all of the staff and stakeholders. It encourages them to implement a human resource management policy based on the recognition and enhancement of individual competencies.
