There are no junior associates at HRV, only senior consultants in charge of all the stages involved in recruitment, from defining the candidate’s eligibility to the induction of the new recruit.

We conduct «REAL» talent searches! We do not just do “web hunting” or consult online CV databases

A secure process: Each shortlisted candidate is vetted by a second senior consultant

• We search for engineers, expert executives and high-potential managers upstream from assignments

This method enables us to identify rare skills where they are to be found.
